(Source: you-me-us-and-we, via thebeautifulfriend) love this shout out to rouba abukwaik. my number one fan! love herrrrrrr! so i’ve been living at the mara apartment for two semesters now. i have to admit that i really miss living at my parents’ house full time. i never thought that i would miss living at home so much until i actually moved away. i just miss checking up on everyone at my house when im suppose to be studying. i miss having my brother randomly come in my room to tell me stories about his day (by the way guys ..the boys in our class sucked in terms of entertainment lol .. the boys in my brothers class are so much funnier. anywayyy ) and i miss my dad slowly opening my door when i am actually studying to ask me how is everything .. and my mom checks to see if im almost done with my work before she goes to bed. buuutt i honestly can’t ask for better roommates.. we study & meet up in the middle of the apartment for random breaks … rouba in our room & azima in hers.. and me standing between the two rooms in the hallway …chatting away about random weird people at rutgers or shane (lol azima :p ) . We usually do the whole “okay lets study now & we’ll meet at 12 am to watch friends!” .. & thats really fun. our apartment is pretty luxurious-we have dvr, you see. our cleaning days are wednesday unless we have a chem exam..then we move it to thursdays. we make milkshakes when we have a lot of bananas that are about to go bad. sometimes we run out of water and toilet paper LOL but we are learning .. oh & our curtain just fell…we really need to fix that. oh ! and we are adding a new member to the apartment next year. she is such a sweet girl… who isn’t studying anything science related .. (yay! diversity!).. i really can’t complain … except i can complain about the chemistry department .. stupid chemistry department. come visit us guys. we love visitors. to prove it we have 12 glass cups.
